Ryan is an award-winning designer. Previously, he worked in Shopify Inc. as a Plus Support Specialist, providing technical support to high-volume internet businesses. He holds a degree in business, as well as a diploma in graphic design.

Ryan currently manages Lemmari Inc., which owns offloadio designs, and several other web businesses. His past experience also include working as an assistant in a research, graphic design, and web design capacity to a health research team at The University of British Columbia (UBC).

Why wouldn't I just hire someone full-time?

Are you ready for the commitment?

When you hire a senior full-time designer, you may not always have work available for them, but the salaries you are paying remain a regular cost (around $70,000–$100,000 per year before benefits).

We provide both the functions of a graphic designer and a web designer, and you can pause, resume, or cancel our services anytime.

What if I only have one or two requests for now?

You can still engage our services, and pause it somewhere in between.

How do I pause my service?

Simply send us an email! Here's an example of how it works:

Let's say you start your subscription on March 10th, you'd have our services until April 9th. If you like, you can email us to pause it on March 20th, and we'll save the remaining days as credits for future use.

How fast will it take to fulfill my requests?

Generally within 48 hours, though this may vary depending on task complexity.

Each request will be delivered one by one in the order they are received.

How are meetings conducted?

Meetings will be bookable via our Calendly link, and will be done over a phone/video call with Ryan.

Who will be working on my requests?

You will be working with Ryan directly, and he will be the one working on your requests.

Occasionally, during busier periods, there may be other designers or virtual assistants in the mix, in which case Ryan will still be the quality controller and your main point of contact.

What if I want changes to the designs?

Please let us know, and we'll get it revised until you're satisfied.

Do you provide any refunds?

We do not provide refunds, but as mentioned, you can pause the service as needed.
